We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred bus size and timing.

The exact cost of our airport transfer service depends on your group size, luggage requirements, budget, and preference. We have buses available in different sizes to ensure a comfortable, convenient, and hassle-free experience.

Please inform us in advance of any large items (e.g. sports equipment, strollers, musical instruments). We will recommend the right bus size to ensure everything fits comfortably.

We offer a range of bus sizes to suit different group needs—from minibuses for small families to full-sized coaches for large groups with luggage.

Koh Bus offers flight monitoring for all airport transfers. In the event of flight delays or schedule changes, we’ll adjust your ride accordingly—ensuring you always have a reliable, hassle-free journey from airport to home.

For Arrival Transfers – First 45 mins of waiting time from the plane’s landing time will not be charged. After an initial 45 mins of waiting, there will be an extra charge of $15 per block for every 15 mins wait or less. After 3 blocks of 15 minutes (i.e. 45 mins) of waiting, a minimum of 3 hours hourly rate will apply.

For Departure Transfers – First 15 mins of waiting will not be charged, but beyond this there will be an extra charge of $15 for every 15 mins block or less of waiting time. After 3 blocks of 15 minutes (i.e. 45 mins) of waiting, a minimum of 3 hours hourly rate will apply.

If you elect for our Meet & Greet Service (additional charges apply), your driver will be waiting for you outside your respective arrival hall. Without Meet & Greet, your driver and bus will be stationed at the designated coach bays (see photos above for directions).

The Meet & Greet Service cost around $20 on top of the usual trip fee. Please enquire for latest rates.

One day before your scheduled pickup, we will send you the driver’s details. If you are unable to find your driver on the day, simply contact us and our team will assist you immediately.

Yes, changes or cancellations can be made, subject to our policy. Please contact us as early as possible to avoid additional fees.
