If your passengers are coming from different offices, campuses or neighbourhoods, we can plan a multi-stop pickup route so everyone’s on board before the trip really begins; no separate cars needed to consolidate first.
With 40 people relying on one vehicle, a breakdown isn’t something you want to gamble on. For large charters, we keep a backup coach on standby so a mechanical issue doesn’t turn into a cancelled event.
Driving a full-size coach isn’t the same as driving a car or a minibus. Our drivers are tested specifically on larger vehicles, highway routes, and cross-border runs before they’re cleared to take one out.
Taking 40 people across the Causeway involves more than just driving there! We handle the permits and documentation that come with cross-border group travel, so you’re not the one chasing paperwork the week before departure.
From the 13-seater minibus up to the 40-seater, every coach in the fleet gets cleaned and checked between trips.

The 40-seater is our standard large-capacity coach. The 45-seater has five extra seats, a wider aisle, and more legroom, which is useful if your group might still grow before the event. The 49-seater is our biggest; book this one when you’re at or close to capacity and want everyone on the same bus.
Regarding how many people each bus can carry, it is up to 40 on the 40-seater, up to 45 on the 45-seater, and up to 49 on the 49-seater.
Count your confirmed headcount and book the size just above it. That leaves room for last-minute additions and luggage. If you’re not sure, just tell us roughly how many people you’re expecting, and we’ll suggest the right coach.
The 40 and 45-seater buses start from $90 to $120 per one-way transfer, or $70 to $90 an hour with a 4-hour minimum. Driver, fuel, parking, and ERP are all included; no hidden charges.

Yes, the 40-seater has underfloor storage plus overhead space for smaller bags and can accommodate up to 35 large suitcases. Flag any oversized or unusual items when you book so we can plan around them.
